Site Appraisals and Planning Advice
Not sure whether your idea is likely to secure planning permission? Our Site Appraisal & Strategy service is designed to give you an early, professional view before you commit to design costs or an application.
A site appraisal typically includes:

If you need fast, focused advice before deciding what to do next, you can book a Planning Triage service for a response within 48hours.
This is ideal if you:

Deposit: 50% payable to secure the booking

Site Visit Service (On-Site Planning Advice)
If your project would benefit from an in-person review, WPS Planning also offers site visits. A site visit can be particularly helpful for proposals where context, levels, relationships with neighbours, access arrangements, heritage setting, or landscape impact are key considerations.
A site visit is ideal if you:

want practical advice on what is likely to be supported on the site

need help understanding constraints that are hard to judge from plans alone

want an early steer on design, scale, layout, privacy/overlooking and access

are preparing for a pre-application, planning submission, or appeal

Fee options: £225 (within 15miles of Horsham) – £295 (15-25miles) contact us if you would like us to travel further.
